Providing support for emergency incidents, in particular Cyber Incidents

In recent years, both the public & private sectors have faced multiple incidents including cyber-attacks. The sector has identified that there is a lack of capability and capacity to manage significant incidents. As a result of this lack of capacity especially in the digital and data stream. Government departments have contracted FRFR to provide trained staff to supplement their IMT teams.


The purpose of the FRFR team is to provide specialised IMT management support during an emergency incident, and in particular a cyber incident, based on the CIMS structure.


All team members have significant experience in a variety of emergencies both in New Zealand and overseas.
